Welcome to Chromatic - Color Guessing ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chromatic mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Chromatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Chromatic is a color memory game where players are shown a color and must recreate it from memory using Hue, Saturation, and Brightness sliders. The game scores players on accuracy across 5 rounds per game.
You must be at least 4 years of age to use Chromatic. The App does not require account creation.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Interstitial ads appear after every 2 completed games. Rewarded ads may be offered to provide extra game attempts. Purchasing "Remove Ads" eliminates all advertisements.
All content in Chromatic, including but not limited to graphics, text, sounds, software, and game design, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
